Great News! Easier Ways to Payments

We’ve introduced some exciting new ways to make payments at ClayWorld School, aiming to simplify life for parents/carers, decrease the need for students to carry cash, and minimize cash handling at the school.

Now, you can securely pay online anytime, using a debit/credit card for school meals, trips, and uniform items. As part of this effort, we’ve expanded our cashless catering systems to include all schools.

Online school payments

We’ve introduced online payment options school by school. This service is now available in all secondary schools and most primary and ClayWorldschool. Once you receive a reference number, you can make payments. With this number, you can pay for school meals, check your child’s account balance, and see their purchases online, even if they pay with the school’s revaluation machine. Trips and other school expenses will also be made available for online payment.

Cashless catering

We’ve implemented a cashless system in all our schools at ClayWorld. This means students and staff can buy meals without needing cash at the Point-of-Sale (POS).
